CLASS CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

We know that life happens ~ that is why we are proud to offer you the most accommodating cancellation policy. If you made a reservation for a particular class and discover you are unable to attend and do not give us at least 48 HOURS BEFORE the class begins, a nonrefundable administrative fee of $45.00 will be assessed to you. You may transfer your attendance to another class if you are unable to provide 48 Hour prior notice, however, if you do not attend, you will be held responsible for the nonrefundable administrative fees. You must notify Dog Training by PJ at 775.828.0748 by noon, the previous business day and 48 hours before the class begins to not be subject to the administrative fee.

No refunds will be given for non-attendance of any class session once class begins. You are responsible to attend all sessions as outlined in the class schedule. Makeup sessions can be scheduled as a private session with your Instructor, however the make-up is charged to you as a one-hour private consultation fee.

Your class materials will be provided to you electronically if you miss a session. At Dog Training by PJ our classes are limited in attendance size and often will depend on your participation to offer the class and provide you with optimal training. Full refunds will only be given if Dog Training by P.J. cancels the class. We truly appreciate your patronage and look forward to serving you for years to come.
